The Kool Beanz Bridge Road Opening Is Here!

The wait is over, Mackay! 

Families across the region have been eagerly anticipating the opening of our newest centre, Kool Beanz Bridge Road, and we’re thrilled to welcome the community to this purpose-built early learning space. 

Opening its doors on Monday, 10th November from 6:30 am, Kool Beanz Bridge Road has been thoughtfully designed with children in mind and reflects our commitment to the Mackay community. The centre features biophilic design and engaging, child-focused learning environments, creating spaces where children can explore, play, and develop a lifelong love of learning. 

Boutique, Home-like Learning Spaces 

Located in the heart of Mackay, Bridge Road is our second early learning centre in the area, joining Kool Beanz SUNS Harrup Park, and is our first boutique centre in Queensland. Conveniently located just moments from Mackay Base Hospital, this one-level layout combines the warmth of a home-like environment with purpose-built learning spaces for just 52 children, inspiring curiosity, creativity, and play. This expansion reflects our ongoing commitment to providing high-quality early learning experiences to families in rural communities. 

Inside, children can wander through purposefully designed learning zones, including a STEM and arts area, a cozy library, and inviting classrooms, each drenched in natural light to create a serene, inspiring, and playful atmosphere.  

Nature-Inspired Outdoor Play 

Outside, the nature-inspired playground invites children to explore a bird aviary, tranquil Zen garden, and shaded discovery spaces, where they can climb, imagine, investigate, or simply pause to enjoy quiet reflection, fostering a deeper connection with nature at every turn. 

Programs for Children Six Weeks to Six Years 

Kool Beanz Bridge Road welcomes children aged six weeks to six years, offering tailored programs that support every stage of early learning. Our experienced educators guide children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based learning, preparing them for school and beyond. 

Growing with the Mackay Community 

This opening is part of our ongoing commitment to Mackay families, with two additional centres coming soon in Goldsmith Street and Glenella. We are proud to bring nurturing, engaging, and thoughtfully designed early learning environments to more local families, helping Little Beanz grow and flourish.
