Available positions
Certificate 3 Educator
Are you passionate about childcare, hold or have nearly completed a Certificate III. We are seeking Early Childhood Educators to join our Kool Beanz team of early learning professionals; dedicated to supporting and enhancing development throughout each stage of children’s learning and development journey. Working in the Early Childhood Education sector you will need a current NSW Working with children check or QLD Blue Card.
Diploma Qualified Educator
We are looking for professional lead educators with a positive attitude who are able to work efficiently in a team environment. As a lead educator you will need to lead by example, mentoring and supporting your team with a passionate and enthusiastic approach. You will need to have a thorough understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards and Early Years Developmental Milestones.
Early Childhood Teacher
Lead and engage with educators, families, and children to implement an educational program. Manage daily operations, provide leadership in program development, and ensure compliance with regulations. Foster positive relationships with families and the community, focusing on high-quality education and care aligned with NQF and Kool Beanz policies.
