Summer is well underway at Kool Beanz, bringing warmer days, a relaxed rhythm, and familiar routines across our centres.
Welcome to 2026
While some families enjoyed time away over the festive season, many of our Little Beanz continued their days with us throughout the holidays. With centres only closed on public holidays, our Kool Beanz environments remained consistent and supportive, providing children with comfort, continuity, and trusted relationships during a busy time of year.
For children who attended over the holiday period, summer has been a continuation of familiar routines. For those returning after time away, this period is about easing back in – reconnecting with friends, settling into daily rhythms, and feeling confident again in their surroundings.
Supporting Transitions Across Our Rooms
As part of the new year, some children are also transitioning into new rooms or getting to know new educators stepping into room leader roles. These changes are approached with care and intention. Our teams work closely together to support each child through these transitions, ensuring they feel secure, understood, and supported as they build new relationships.
We take the time to familiarise children with their new spaces, routines, and educators, allowing transitions to happen gradually and in a way that feels comfortable for them.
Learning continues throughout summer in ways that feel natural and engaging. From outdoor play and water-based experiences to quieter moments for rest and reset, our programs remain guided by children’s interests while keeping wellbeing at the centre.
Casual Days Available
If your family requires flexible care over the summer period, casual days are now available across Kool Beanz centres. These can be helpful for families adjusting routines, needing additional care, or considering extra days.
Availability is limited and varies by centre.
