We are a unique childcare centre designed for 94 enrolments with distinctive classrooms and ancillary facilities, including an art room, library, LEGO room, and master chef kitchen. You Will:

• Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs
• Support a team of educators to implement programs
• Follow the EYLF (Early Years Learning Framework)
• Connect with the local community, schools, and families
• Support the Centre to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards

You Will Have:

• Diploma or working towards a qualification in early childhood education and care
• An understanding of EYLF
• Current First Aid, CPR, and Asthma/Anaphylaxis Certificates
• Paid working with children check (Blue Card)
• Experience leading and developing specific programs and routines
• Excellent communication skills
• An enthusiastic, positive, fun, and outgoing attitude
• An approachable and friendly nature with a demonstrated passion for early education
