We’re seeking dedicated Lead Educators to join our team and become part of the Kool Beanz family, supporting children and families in our local community. The Position:
We are seeking Diploma-qualified or working towards, highly motivated Lead Educators for a number of our Queensland and New South Wales centres.
Current Locations:
- NSW – Suffolk Park, Byron Bay and Casuarina
- QLD – Southport and Mackay
You Will:
- Help to support your team, to implement programs, follow the EYLF and share the excitement of child-led discovery
- Creating long-lasting connections and partnerships with your local community, schools, and families
- Support the centres to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards
You Will Have:
- Diploma qualified or working towards obtaining early childhood education and care
- Current First Aid, CPR and Asthma/Anaphylaxis Certificates
- Current Paid Working with Children Check in New South Wales
- An understanding of EYLF
- Ability to build rapport and create positive relationships with team members, children and families
- Passion to provide safe, quality education to the next generation of children
- Enthusiastic, positive, fun and outgoing attitude
