About the Role

As our Lead Educator, you will:

  • Inspire and guide a team of educators, fostering collaboration and a shared commitment to excellence.
  • Design and implement engaging, play-based programs that meet the unique needs of each child.
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and the local community.
  • Ensure our centre is a place of warmth, joy, and discovery, where children feel safe and supported to explore their potential.
What We’re Looking For
  • Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved qualification.
  • Proven experience as a Lead Educator with a passion for shaping young lives.
  • A deep understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
  • A positive, proactive attitude and a commitment to continuous learning.
