I’ve had my daughter at 2 different daycares prior to Kool Beanz Casuarina, this centre is by far the best one! Since day one, the educators and managers have been so welcoming and supportive. My daughter is thriving in the Junior Kindy room and so is my baby in the babies room. Miss Rose in the babies room is an absolute angel – really appreciate her! All the staff are seemingly good friends and seem to really enjoy their work – they feel more like a family to us than just educators. Can’t recommend enough 🙂

Very sad to be leaving, but we live in Pottsville and I got a job in Byron. I even contemplated doing the drive as Lahni loves everyone there (especially Emily, who Lahni still wants to come and say hi to her all the time she asks, is this ok if we drive past and pop in?) The best daycare I have had any of my 2 children enrolled in and I am sad to be going but it just wasn’t doable the drive for me unfortunately. All the girls there are so welcoming and amazing , and Lahni felt really really safe and loved , so thank you !

We are now testing out new Child Care facilities and in comparison, we can see the quality in your offering. I would also like to highly commend Byron Care Manager Sarah. She was wonderful to work with and consistently exceeded our expectations.

I spent a week in Byron looking after my grandkids and interacted with staff every day. They all have an amazing dynamic with the parents and especially the children. You can tell they love their job and give it their all. Sara the Director came across as very loving and efficient. She was lovely to deal with on a daily basis and made drop off so easy even when my grandson became upset at separating. She is definitely an asset to the centre.

Our first week at Kool Beanz has been an absolute breeze and all educators have made us feel so welcome and apart of the family of Kool Beanz immediately. Miss Lys has made our little girl Mae feel so at home and at ease on her first couple of days within the centre. Mae has always struggled with social and separation anxiety. Miss Lys welcomed Mae with open arms and comforted her in way that made her feel safe and secure in her new environment. We are beyond blessed to have this experience for our family and are looking forward to the time we get to spend with all educators within Kool Beanz.

We love the warm, kind, genuine and enthusiastic nature of Miss Lys, Hadley absolute adores her and so do we. Miss Sarah is calm and quiet and is always happy to engage with us at pick up and talk about Hadleys day. She is always keen to help. Even though Hadley is no longer in Miss Shizus room, she always says hello and is really welcoming to me as I walk through to pick up Hadleys.

We are so grateful for the care, attentiveness and support of the staff at the centre for Miss G as well as us- you have all been so wonderful. The facilities and resources of the new centre are amazing of course but as we know in education and care, it is the people that make the most difference and your team are doing a wonderful job. George has settled in so quickly, has strong relationships with multiple carers and it’s testament to your leadership and the team.

It’s a 5-star service with an incredibly professional management, loving carers with super low turnover, packed with fun and varied activity to learn and use up tons of energy. Chef on site cooks amazing meals. Our daughter has been going there for almost 2 years, she loves every day spent there and this center is by far the best we’ve ever experienced. Highly recommend!
