Our philosophy is to let children discover their own personal self-worth and self-love. To give them tools to cope with situations as they arise and help them handle themselves with confidence, empathy, and kindness. These tools will be carried on throughout their life.
The classes include: Yoga postures, Stories, stretching exercises, Games, Mind focusing, Songs and music, Breathing exercises & Relaxation
The purpose of a regular yoga and mindfulness practice is to help little ones feel a greater sense of ease, strength, and confidence. We encourage individuality and we always aim to create a space of calmness.
By uniting our thoughts with our feelings, we can build self-awareness and self-control. Through a light movement of yoga and stretching, we can help our kindy kids leave the class with more awareness of mind & body and how it works together.
Most importantly, they can achieve a deep sense of relaxation, whilst increasing flexibility.
